Our next destination within Italy is a firm favourite for travellers. Perfectly accompanied by a bagnello alla romana – braised spring lamb, artichokes semolina gnocchi, and pecorino – with a glass of Toscolo Vernaccia from the wine connoisseurs of Tuscany.
